On December 5th and 6th 2018, Oakmont Olive Oil Company spent the evening with Emily Lycopolus at Amanda Lee’s Glassware tasting wonderful food, sipping wine & cocktails, and doing a little Holiday Shopping! There were elves-a-plenty at the event enjoying the company and holiday spirit!
We were joined by Hungry Run Winery and so may amazing folks from the community. All the delicious food came to us from The Mighty Oak Barrel by way of Emily’s Cookbooks. A taste of each Country highlighted in her books could be found on the table.
From Spain we enjoyed:

Whipped Feta dip | Gingersnap Crinkle Cookies | Balsamic Caramel Corn
Emily also led a cooking demonstration with Game Day Chili! This amazing little recipe is a riff on the Chili we all love with the added kick of Dark Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar and Dragon’s Breath Seasoning. (all available in our store)
Each guest took home an Amanda Lee Glass, a Holiday Towel, and a Starter Pack for Game Day Chili. We so enjoyed having Emily with us and meeting all the Olive Oil & Balsamic Vinegar Lover’s in the area. Stay tuned for our next event!
